Do not do business with Jason Quitt and or Jayson Mitchell they are criminals. I am the owner of John Titor II LLC a Nevada corporation. In July of 2017 I was approached by Bob Mitchell and Jason Quit to write a book about the exploits of John Titor II. Bob Mitchell was to edit the text, Jason Quitt was to create art work. Unfortunately, their intent was to defraud me from the beginning. Bob Mitchell and Jason Quitt sold publishing rights to the German publisher AMRA Verlag & Records. They forged my name on a contract. All three partners were to share equally in royalties. However, Jason Quitt who was to disperse funds only paid me a small portion of royalties. Jason Quitt bragged about this to several people that he was not giving me my full share in the UFO, MUFON community. Jason Quitt deliberately lied about royalties received and how they were paid. Bob Michell died and his son Jayson Mitchell representing his mother the widow of Bob Mitchell attempted to extort money and blackmail me. Jayson Mitchell demanded I pay him twenty thousand dollars in certified funds. He thought he could do this because he knew my legal name. He also tried to force me to relinquish all rights to the work that I had written. Jayson Mitchell had marketed the film rights to the book also. However, there was no effort to share funds to be realized from that for me. Jason Quitt continues to slander and lie about me. John Titor II is more than a pseudonym, I lived that life. Jason Quitt becoming aware of the legal name I used decided he now had legal grounds not to pay me at all. He continually tries to attack me in the hopes I will abandon the work. Jason Quitt has done self-publishing many times. I had never done it before. Jason Quitt is a hacker, forger, thief, and sociopath. My attorneys are collecting documentation and preparing a law suit. We have recorded telephone conversations, affidavits, and emails. The contract I signed with Jason Quitt and Bob Michell is subject to the laws of the State of California. That is where I signed the contract. Under California law a breach of contract exists. This breach of contract puts all rights to the text written by me in my possession. This is pursuant to California law and the advice of my attorneys. Jason Quitt continues to market the work under many fake companies worldwide.
